Job Description
Key Role:
Lead the planning, management, and execution of Air Staff wargames and tabletop exercises. Engage in wargames, tabletop exercises (TTXs), facilitated discussions, conferences, and symposiums with senior Air Force leaders. Lead wargame event-associated tasks working with a team of wargaming experts to deliver superior execution of multiple, often simultaneous, events. Work independently and within a team environment to execute tasks and manage multiple engagements. Perform end-to-end wargame event planning and execution, which includes everything from game logistics, invitations, RSVP management, site selection and preparation, oversight, security, and technical or AV requirements. Deliver superior event execution for our clients and demonstrate a desire to learn, willingness to work hard, and a positive “can do” attitude.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with wargame, exercise, event, or conference management
Experience working with Department of Defense senior leaders
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of Air Staff
Ability to execute and analyze
Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and respond quickly and professionally in a dynamic environment
Possession of excellent organizational, planning, and task management skills
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
