This role is more than just coding. As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience coding, debugging, testing, deploying, supporting, and documenting moderately to highly complex application software
- 5+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot, API, and agile software development
- Experience with AWS Serverless Architecture and tools, including API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS database, Aurora PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure as code through CDK or Terraform
- Experience with front-end development tools, including Angular or Node.js
- Experience analyzing moderately to highly complex customer business needs and recommending and implementing automated solutions to increase process automation, user experience, and launch of new products and services
- Experience collaborating with architects, leads, and developers regarding moderately to highly complex system and environmental requirements and problem resolution as well as adherence to the program’s software development methodologies and standards
- Experience incorporating security and bank and system controls into solutions ensuring secure coding, contingency, and automated deployment methodologies
- Knowledge of Cloud development, migration, and implementation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with application containers, and Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Experience providing application and technical support during all phases of the application lifecycle, including support for migrations of software applications into various environments
- Experience with DevOps
- Knowledge of mobile development
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
