You’re eager to apply your advanced consulting experience and full knowledge management knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to guide organizations as they solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

As a digital transformation consultant on our team, you’ll be trusted to create efficiency in knowledge management standards and practices by applying leading-edge concepts and tools. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement transformative processes and business systems.
 
In this role, you’ll directly impact program success by providing important processes and tools to translate business needs into an efficient and workable system. With opportunities to introduce new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:  

  • 10+ years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining repeatable knowledge management best practices, processes, and digital tools for continual process improvement

  • Experience integrating information from throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal and external clients

  • Knowledge of multiple knowledge management frameworks and technologies, including SharePoint, web servers, markdown, HTML, and CSS

  • Ability to create, develop, implement, and maintain a knowledge management program in line with guidance and requirements

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with working with a Defense headquarter-level office

  • Ability to develop training programs and training experiences around knowledge management

  • TS/SCI Clearance

  • Master’s degree

  • Microsoft Certification, including Microsoft 365, Teamwork Administrator Associate, or Enterprise Administrator Expert

  • Knowledge Manager or Knowledge Management Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
