Here, you’ll have the chance to work with an agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions. We’re looking for someone like you to define and track requirements throughout the development lifecycle to deliver business value to clients.
As a Requirements Lead, you’ll be working across delivery partners, oversight leads, and the product management team to gain alignment on requirements and priorities. You will create and implement the process and framework to gather user requirements, develop user stories, and maintain traceability to provide business value.

You Have:
Experience overseeing gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing project requirements
Experience breaking down high-level requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria in Jira
Experience reviewing and validating requirements with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy
Experience building and maintaining a traceability matrix to track the relationship between high-level requirements, functional requirements, and test cases
Ability to manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle and communicating updates effectively
Ability to conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to identify and capture user needs, business objectives, and functional specifications
Ability to assess the importance and dependencies of requirements to prioritize development efforts
Ability to facilitate communication between development teams, project managers, business stakeholders, and end users regarding requirements
Public Trust
HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with RF data analysis or data processing, or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with RF data analysis or data processing
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
