As an Air Force Flying and Instructional SME, you'll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, technical, and instructor expertise to work alongside thought leaders in US Air Force flying training organizations on projects for training transformation, curriculum development, and training assessments. You'll use your skills and expertise to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and guide the execution of US military flying training programs.

You Have:
7+ years of experience as an US Armed Forces-qualified fixed-wing pilot
3+ years of experience as a Fighter Pilot, or as a T-6 or T-38 aircraft instructor pilot in an Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT), Pilot Instructor Training (PIT) course, Fighter Follow-on Training Unit (FTU), or Weapons Instructor Course (WIC)
Experience in Air Force aircraft or weapon system training development and instruction
Ability to develop flying training tasks, lesson objectives, and linkages to overarching flying competencies
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience as a Contract or Civilian Simulator Instructor (CSI)
Experience as a staff officer in an Air Force Numbered Air Force or higher
Experience analyzing complex problems, researching, and synthesizing data, and proposing solutions or alternatives across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations
Ability to provide advice and assistance in support of an agency's mission‐oriented functions
Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
