You Have:
10+ years of experience with Engineering
Experience working within a DoD or Project environment
Experience developing plans to manage, maintain, and complete all aspects of assigned projects
Experience with creating verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and whitepapers
Ability to engage regularly and consistently with defense military leaders to identify priority capability needs, programs, projects, prototypes, and initiatives to deliver overmatch and decision dominance
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with DoDAF, including using enterprise architect, system architect, or architecture management development tools
Knowledge of space-based IRS or communications systems
TS/SCI Clearance with a polygraph
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
