That’s why we need you, a passionate professional who can help ensure the Marine Corps’ command language program achieves success.

Working as a Command Language Program Coordinator on our team, you’ll support the design, implementation, and maintenance of impactful programs by working with the Command Language Program Manager. The Marine Corps will trust you and your team to organize and coordinate program objectives. As team member in the Marine Corps account, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting the client’s mission. You’ll also develop your skills in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the Marine Corps language program while broadening your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

Work with us to provide counsel to command or unit leadership regarding language readiness and linguist-related issues. You’ll assist in evaluating and recommending resources required for on-site foreign language proficiency programs and non-resident language training to support mission readiness. You’ll also assist in tracking and reporting the command or unit’s Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) readiness. In this role, you’ll support efforts related to incentive, retention, awards, and recognition programs. You will assist in supporting all aspects of the command or unit’s language training and testing programs to align with operational objectives and contingency plans, and assist in offering mentoring and guidance to linguists regarding their language proficiency progress and available learning opportunities.

You Have:  

  • 6+ years of experience as a training coordinator or linguist
  • Experience with data analysis and visualizations
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps or DoD orders and directives related to foreign language, including training, testing, and foreign language proficiency bonuses
  • Associate's degree
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Completion of Command Language Program Manager's (CLPM) course
  • Completion of Cryptologic Language Training Manager's (CLTM) course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
