The Opportunity:
As a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner, you’ll conduct TSCM, Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, Digital Counterexploitation, and Technical Evaluation activities and other technical operations supporting the agency TSCM program, TSSC modernization goals, and Office of Counterintelligence Technical CI Division. You’ll maintain familiarization with all governing national and agency level policies, ensuring compliance with all facets of reporting and training requirements as well as all other regulatory guidelines.
What You’ll Work On:
Conduct TSCM operations consistent with national and DoD policies governing the employment of TSCM tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Identify physical and acoustical security deficiencies and develop corrective actions to mitigate the identified deficiencies.
Analyze complex physical and technical security issues and provide cost-effective recommendations that meet policy requirements.
Prepare specialized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports of inquiry, after action reports, tailored briefings, and other administrative communication necessary to support the CI mission.
Perform Radio Frequency (RF) signal of interest searches.
Assess and locate signals of interest discovered during surveys, system notification, and IPMS operations.
Assist implementation of TSSC Technician on-the-job training program preparing technicians for success through training and hands on experience.

You Have:
7+ years of experience in intelligence or counterintelligence
Knowledge of TSCM and CI policy and ICD 705
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED
Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification
DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance (IA) Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience writing and editing technical documents
Experience with telephone security such as with Telephone Security Group (TSG) requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field a plus
Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
