Key Role:
Join Booz Allen’s Legal, Ethics, and Compliance team as a Third Party Risk Analyst and help protect the our reputation, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable smart, ethical business decisions across a dynamic global enterprise. Be a core contributor to our Third Party Risk Management program—assessing risk, shaping decisions, and helping the business move forward with confidence. Assume responsibility for coordinating the collection and assessment of data bearing on compliance, reputational, and other risks created by third parties engaged by Booz Allen, advising business leaders around those risks, and helping to formulate mitigation and remediation activities in coordination with multiple corporate service and business teams. Help ensure that our risk assessment and management processes remain focused on all relevant compliance risks, tailored to the specific third-party types with which we engage, and scalable across a fast-paced and rapidly evolving business enterprise. Review and analyze information, including adverse media reports, reports from sanctions and other screens, litigation reports, and financial assessments, related to risks created by engaging different types of third parties. Assist in preparation and presentation of risk assessments to business teams highlighting relevant analysis. Propose and assist with scalable remediation and risk-mitigation steps. Develop deep expertise in due diligence review processes and technology used by Booz Allen and serve as a key resource for other corporate services teams and our internal business clients. Coordinate with other teams involved in the onboarding and management of different third parties. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and other enhancements. Analyze data to spot trends, assess risk, and recommend remediation actions. Draft targeted communications. Coordinate reporting of relevant metrics of interest to other stakeholders and company leadership. Respond to all inquiries in a timely and client service focused manner while exercising a high degree of good judgment to ensure that the scope and inquiry are well documented. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with third-party risk management or a due diligence role
Experience with investigative research and analysis
Experience in reviewing denied parties and database screening results
Ability to influence others
Ability to work with and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks, using analytical tools to support decision-making and risk mitigation strategies
Ability to prioritize work and execute against clear objectives
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in Ethics, Compliance, Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, or Procurement
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Experience with GRC and Due Diligence Software
Knowledge of supply chain management, client and customer relationship management, or other functions related to onboarding or managing third parties
Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, independence, and exercising judgment about when to escalate challenges to a supervisor
Ability to demonstrate diplomacy, tact, judgment, discretion, and initiative
Possession of excellent critical thinking skills
Compliance and Risk Management certifications, such Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
