As a Program Manager, you’ll lead a multi-functional cross-team to design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding efforts across Navy systems. Your client will trust you to develop, organize, and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and programmatic challenges. As an authority in the Navy market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

  • Experience as a Program or Project Manager within the DoD or NAVSEA Program Offices

  • Experience with a new program development or startup program for a DoD organization or a commercial organization that supported DoD efforts

  • Knowledge of Program Management principles

  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition processes

  • Knowledge of Navy Unmanned Systems

  • Ability to develop independently and provide senior-level PM products and briefs to the client and program stakeholders

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as a Program Manager within Navy Ships, Submarines, or Unmanned Systems Program Offices

  • Experience with new ship construction Navy program office development

  • Master's degree in a Business field

  • PMP Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
