Job Description
Key Role:
Manage tasks and initiatives associated with the product development lifecycle for digital products and services. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working on technical solutions with Agile software development project teams
5+ years of experience in a project controls or project management role
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) in an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) environment
Experience with EIA-748 compliant EVMS estimation techniques and reporting
Experience with government or defense contracts requiring EVMS reporting
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
Experience developing EVM artifacts, including weekly performance and variance reporting
Experience with EVM software tools such as Deltek Cobra
Experience with schedule management tools such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera
Experience with Agile EVM estimation hands-on development and reviewing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment
Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Professional Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
