Key Role:

Work as a subject matter expert, leading analyses and solution development for key facility planning, design, construction, and lifecycle management. Lead complex analytical efforts to capture mission requirements, help translate them into actionable system specifications, and collaborate with developers to ensure technical alignment and operational effectiveness. Incorporate program information, maintenance, and technical data into a tailorable program management solution. Maintain responsibility for creating and managing user accounts and permissions, prepare and deliver targeted training to users, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on operational insights. Apply advanced expertise in cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization to drive project success. Operate with minimal oversight while supporting cross-functional teams, leveraging deep knowledge of U.S. Government operations, including military Services and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, to deliver high-value outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting DoD programs, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution delivery within military or federal environments

  • Experience working with software development teams, software applications, or data management systems

  • Experience with industry tools for facilities and infrastructure design and construction project management tools

  • Experience with software systems, including MS Office, such as Excel and Power Query

  • Knowledge of Marine Corps and Army Corps of Engineers facility and infrastructure design and construction procedures and processes

  • Ability to develop a long-term strategic communications plan

  • Ability to work with external stakeholder groups and confidently present to senior ranking officials

  • Ability to support V&V efforts for software development teams

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with presenting to official audiences and representing clients at various meetings, conferences, seminars, and other events

  • Ability to comprehend and summarize, communicate, and document technical requirements and issues succinctly

  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a dynamic and fluid environment

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to communicate with senior personnel on difficult matters

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing

  • Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
