Program Integrator, Senior

Do you have experience in acquisition, contracting, and financial management?  As a Program Integrator, you’ll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives. We’re looking for someone like you to join a team of experts.

This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to architect and develop large-scale space and ground systems. You’ll help the DoD manage technical baselines in accordance with cost, schedule, and performance constraints while mitigating program risks and identifying opportunities. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining consensus, you’ll provide meaningful acquisition support. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience with DoD acquisitions in strategy planning, program management, contracting and budgeting processes

• 8+ years of experience integrating cost, budget and technical activities, interpreting client needs and developing solutions

• 8+ years of experience with DoD contracting processes, Request for Proposals, Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements List, and Acquisition Program Baselines

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery

• Experience working in a DoD Program Management Office

• Experience working in a Space Systems Command Program Management Office and collaborating with USSF cross-functional and cross-organizational teams

• Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoD Instruction 5000 series

• Ability to independently develop and review work products for senior leader consumption

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience developing or supporting Satellite Communications (SATCOM)

• Experience mentoring Government and contractor teammates

• Experience independently developing strategic narratives for internal and external consumption

• Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Master’s degree in Business or Finance field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
