The Opportunity:
Everyone is trying to “harness the cloud,” but not everyone knows how. As a cloud computing infrastructure architect on our team, you’ll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We’re looking for someone like you to help modernize computing platforms and cloud environments to meet operational, tactical, and security requirements.
You'll develop, sustain, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. You'll apply cloud principles and concepts to enhance data capabilities to ensure that the cloud environment supports both current and future operational needs, which consist of a variety of geospatial platforms and supporting data. You will collaborate with the client to design and implement cloud-based development and production computing environments to replace legacy systems, transition legacy processes to ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and transition to new working computing platform and cloud environments with minimal disruption.

You Have:
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows to manage tickets and support ServiceNow SPM integration
2+ years of experience with Azure cloud architecture requirements development and administration
2+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud environments
2+ years of experience with Windows administration and maintenance within Azure and desktop environments
1+ years of experience managing data flows with Azure Data Factory
Ability to enhance existing documentation or produce new documentation for users, technical support, and system designers using software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
DHS Suitability
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with AWS cloud architectures
Experience with data processing, data management, or development within ArcGIS Enterprise and Desktop geospatial platforms
Experience with SharePoint development and integration with external applications
Experience with Power Automate
Experience with programming, including using Python, ArcPy, SQL, or .NET, and with databases such as Azure SQL Database, SQL Server Enterprise, Neo4j, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Knowledge of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) information and cybersecurity policies
Ability to integrate into a cross-functional team
Possession of excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
