What You’ll Do:
- Advise on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools such as ServiceNow.
- Administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques to data by working closely with our customer and team to understand their desired outcomes, environments, and tools and deploy performance-enhancing products our customers rely on.
- Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
- Analyze and process data, while contributing to the development of models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using tools ranging from ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel based on the customer need.
- Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
- Provide guidance to fellow team members.
- Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for a larger technology customer organization.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance measurement in a professional environment
- Experience with a data visualization or dashboarding platform such as Tableau, Power BI, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics, to design and deliver reports
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, manipulation, visualization, and analysis such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with the data lifecycle, including data collection, data quality management, processing, and output
- Ability to capture, refine, and translate complex business requirements from customers and stakeholders into actionable metrics and analytic solutions
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets and communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences
- Public Trust
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), including creating indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and interactive dashboards
- Experience with data modeling and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices, including in a government or regulated environment
- Possession of excellent communication and customer relations skills, for direct interaction with customers and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
