As schedule manager on our team, you’ll work with Booz Allen colleagues and your client to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient missile warning, TISR, and environmental monitoring capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters. Your customer will trust you to schedule planning and development efforts on Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems. You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with systems engineering or project management, schedule planning, and development efforts on Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems
- 1+ years of experience developing and managing the schedule of key integration, testing, and transition to operation activities and critical paths, to analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions
- Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS
- Experience with scheduling tools, including One Pager Pro, Milestones Professional, and Microsoft Office tools such as SharePoint, Project, and Excel
- Ability to identify, document, and integrate technical and programmatic data describing systems, segments, and external drivers to review and provide input to the Operational Capability Schedule
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule development activities on space-based remote sensing systems
- Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baseline
- Experience managing annual schedule activities for remote sensing sustainment programs, working with large amounts of data, and utilizing metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
- Knowledge of space systems and their corresponding design, development, manufacturing, integration and testing, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activities
- Ability to gather data from multiple sources and stakeholders across the program and display it in a useful manner for the customer
- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and concurrently manage several program-level, enterprise, and Integrated Master schedules
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers, and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree in an Engineering, Business, Mathematics, CS, Physics, or a relevant field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
