Key Role: 

Work as a key lead in a dynamic and geographically dispersed team to plan and execute the marketing strategy for classified DoD operations, opportunities and customers. Drive and develop a deep understanding of emerging customer requirements and develop and execute a marketing strategy, opportunity pipeline development, and multi-channel customer experiences for a growing business segment. Develop and lead data-driven and stakeholder-driven integrated marketing strategies, including growth offerings in Cyber, engineering, full spectrum data solutions, software and systems development, analytics, and machine learning. Collaborate with extended teams and business developers to establish integrated marketing campaigns to grow market share, build the brand, and achieve business objectives. Lead and position the team for capture opportunities and lead subsequent resulting tasks. Maintain responsibility for all critical business metrics, including revenue, billability, financial forecasting and customer and company required reviews. Perform proactively in alerting customers of potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues. This position will require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations. 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • 12+ years of experience leading large teams and programs, developing strategies, and growing business 

  • Experience in a DoD environment 

  • Experience mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive leaders that can win new business, develop solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals 

  • Experience leading large contract capture and proposal efforts 

  • Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships across a military command environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment as a business leader and innovator 

  • Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address customer requirements 

  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 25% of the time

  • Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in the INDOPAC AOR

  • Experience leading large-scale, transformation or modernization programs for the DoD 

  • Possession of excellent management and analytical skills 

  • Possession ofexcellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Top Secret clearance  

  • Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
