As a Technical Baseline Manager on our team, you'll work with Booz Allen colleagues and DoD clients to analyze, architect, engineer, integrate, test, and deploy the next generation of resilient Environmental Monitoring (EM) and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR) systems. You'll develop, integrate, and manage Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and Models-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) products. You'll provide technical advice to senior program managers and executives on space system and segment design and test issues to inform major program decisions. You'll perform systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews, technical evaluations, and requirements verification. You'll analyze problems, develop technical reports, make recommendations, and work with government and corporate stakeholders to implement recommended solutions.

You Have:
4+ years of experience working on large-scale space systems engineering, integration, and development programs
2+ years of experience with performing and leading a team in the development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, concepts of operations (CONOPS), architectural designs, and integration and test plans
Experience with leading requirements and interface management efforts for a major program
Experience with coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control or engineering review
Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Nice If You Have:
Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR, FORGE, WSF-M, or EWS
Experience with using MBSE approaches to manage system definitions and technical baselines
Experience with creating and managing Jira tickets and Confluence pages
Experience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen
Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
