Job Description
Key Role:
Lead procurement planning, contract execution, and supply chain coordination for construction and infrastructure projects. Ensure acquisition milestones align with fiscal policies and support project continuity. Develop procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and oversee sourcing of materials and equipment. Track obligations, identify risks or delays, and generate reports to inform leadership using data tools and dashboards. Maintain visibility of procurement and supply operations while contributing to financial accuracy and operational readiness. Collaborate with financial and project teams to achieve timely and compliant acquisitions. Support audit readiness by ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations
- 3+ years of experience managing procurement timelines and vendor relationships
- Experience developing procurement strategies and tracking acquisition milestones
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and procurement processes
- Ability to interpret data and create reports for leadership and audit purposes
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience supporting construction or infrastructure programs
- Experience using procurement dashboards or enterprise resource planning platforms
- Experience supporting audit readiness and compliance reviews
- Knowledge of international procurement practices or cost-sharing arrangements
- Bachelor’s degree in Acquisition Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree in Acquisition Management, Public Administration, or a related field a plus
- DAWIA Level II or III Contracting or similar Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
