The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly respected manager with deep, current, and former relationships within the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) and the broader Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, a leader for delivery teams, and a growth catalyst for our CMMI- and CCSQ-focused portfolio. The ideal candidate brings credibility earned through hands-on policy and program experience, a strong reputation across CMS and industry, and a proven ability to lead complex federal health engagements from strategy through execution.
You Have:
5+ years of experience in federal health policy, health care payment models, or health care quality, including supporting policy and program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
Experience in Medicare value-based payment models and quality reporting programs, and with CMMI models
Experience in federal contracting, either as a contractor or as government staff
Experience working at CMMI or CCSQ
Ability to establish trusted relationships within CMS, including both client leadership and relevant industry stakeholders
Ability to lead complex teams, manage senior client relationships, and drive high-impact outcomes in a federal environment
Bachelor’s degree in a Medical field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with client management
Knowledge in CMS innovation, alternative payment models, or quality measurement and reporting
Knowledge of primary care delivery challenges and transformation opportunities

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
