We’re looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As a health IT business analyst, you’ll support development of clinical research or health IT related products. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, and data engineers, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products for research community. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
5+ years of experience working with health IT or clinical research software development
Experiencing using tools and JIRA for documenting requirements
Experience supporting user-acceptance testing
Knowledge of business requirements elucidation and documentation
Knowledge of basic or clinical research workflows
Ability to facilitate discussions with subject matter experts, end-users, and staff at health facilities
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
