The Opportunity:
Be responsible for defining and executing the data strategy, governance, and migration approach for the program. Lead all activities related to data architecture, data mapping, data quality, data migration, and master data management across the program’s systems, including Infor LN, Icertis CLM, finance systems, and downstream reporting platforms. Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, integration, business process, and testing teams to ensure data structures support the program’s business processes and system configurations. Translate functional design into structured data models, conversion, and migration plans. Define the enterprise data strategy supporting S2P and CLM processes, establish data governance framework, standards, and ownership models across business domains, define master data domains, including supplier, contract, item or service, and financial data, and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align data architecture with system architecture. Lead the development of source-to-target data mapping templates across legacy systems and new platforms, define data models and canonical structures supporting integrations between Infor LN, Icertis, and finance systems, and ensure consistent data definitions across business process flows, integrations, and reporting. Define the data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading, develop and manage data migration runbooks and execution plans, coordinate with system integrators and vendors to execute data ingestion into Infor LN and Icertis, and oversee data validation and reconciliation activities during migration cycles. Establish data quality standards and validation rules, identify data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies across legacy systems, lead data cleansing efforts with business stakeholders, and define automated checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity. Collaborate with the system business owners to define and manage data ownership and stewardship roles, establish data governance forums and decision processes, and define policies for data lifecycle management and data retention. Collaborate with an Integration Lead to define data structures supporting system integrations, define data requirements for enterprise reporting and analytics platforms, and ensure data architecture supports AI-enabled procurement analytics and spend insights. Collaborate with the QA Lead and the Business Process and Functional Validation Lead on the development of data validation test cases and reconciliation reports. Support end user design validation and formal testing events, oversee data validation, and ensure migrated data meets business acceptance criteria. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data governance, or data migration roles
- Experience leading data efforts for ERP or enterprise platform implementations
- Experience with Source-to-Pay or Contract Lifecycle Management processes
- Experience designing and executing large-scale data migrations
- Experience with data modeling, data mapping, and data transformation frameworks
- Knowledge of master data management (MDM) concepts
- Ability to translate business processes into data structures
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Infor LN, Icertis CLM, or enterprise procurement systems
- Experience with ArchiMate, enterprise architecture frameworks, or data architecture modeling tools
- Experience with data governance tools and data quality frameworks
- Experience supporting AI or analytics initiatives using enterprise contract, procurement, and financial data
- Possession of strong stakeholder management skills, across business, architecture, and engineering teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
