All-Domain Operations Systems Integrator

Key Role:

Enable the integration of all-domain Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems which support the execution of deliberate and dynamic kill chains through the fusion of command and control, intelligence, and fires systems as a subordinate element of Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). Serve as the organization’s Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) developing the multi-tactical data link network (MTN) to create both the common tactical picture (CTP) and support to the common intelligence picture (CIP). Enable integration of the CTP and CIP with Joint, Interagency, and Allied and Coalition organizations. Plan and manage the integration of targeting information from Over-The-Horizon Targeting (OTH-T) systems, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets, organic and non-organic sensors, and tactical edge fire elements. Run cross-functional working groups with subject matter experts to configure and integrate systems such as Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), Minotaur Family of Systems, Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) eco-system, Global C2 System (GCCS), ISR systems, battle management systems, and various data transport layer systems. Advise the client and subordinate elements on joint and allied air, space, and missile defense, joint interface control, C2 datalink architectures, and operational functional area expertise on Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) operations and network implementation. Provide Service, Component, and client stakeholders subject matter expertise support, including operational implementation of JADC2 systems into new and existing systems and architectures. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a qualified JICO
  • Experience with multi-domain C2 operations either as active-duty military or military civilian personnel
  • Experience producing senior-officer-level presentations, briefings, and background papers
  • Experience providing detailed and well-researched documents, and planning, coordinating, and executing regional operations and exercises
  • Knowledge of a broad spectrum of tactical data link protocols, including MIL-STD 6011, MILSTD 6016, MIL-STD 6020, MIL-STD 3011, TCP/IP, serial, simple, and satellite standards
  • Ability to generate OPTASK LINK messages in support of exercises and operations, and coordinate with service-specific Network Design Facilities
  • Ability to work with program offices, science and technology laboratories, and industry for solutions
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Completion of Joint Interface Control Officer Course (JT-301)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience defining, designing, developing, and fielding C2 solutions
  • Experience with routing and switching protocols in a remote access environment
  • Knowledge of correlation systems, including Multi-Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) and Minotaur Family of Systems
  • Knowledge of the Tactical Assault Kit ecosystem
  • Knowledge of multiple radio waveform systems and gateways, including TTNT, F35 radio, BE-CDL, ENTR v4, MANET, or MANGL
  • Ability to take the initiative and solve problems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
