The Opportunity: 

As a trainer, you’re passionate about developing differentiated instruction and delivering it in exciting ways. Bring your passion for developing and delivering a diverse group of training programs to our government delivery team.  

As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide in-person instruction for our client through classroom-based instruction. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including teaching a diverse and global customer. 

Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking to develop, manage, and deliver training using Merrill's Principles of Instruction to deliver training for adult learners, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.

You Have:   

  • Experience instructing both small, including 1-2, and large, including 50+, audiences
  • Experience applying adult learning theories to professional learning environments
  • Ability to work a flexible workweek supporting classes 2 to 3 times a week
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:   

  • Experience designing and developing curricula using adult instructional design methodologies
  • Master's degree in Adult Learning
  • Adult Learning Facilitation or Instructional Design Certifications

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
