The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing, securing, and creating efficiency? As a Scrum Master, you know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a Scrum Master like you to help us accomplish critical tasks that will modernize the Naval cyber security infrastructure.

 

You’ll utilize industry best practices to update organizational policies and procedures and promote the enterprise-wide adoption of a Scaled Agile Framework. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to plan, build, implement, and iterate on technical documentation and workflows to help our clients achieve their digital transformation objectives. As a Scrum Master on our team, you will grow your experience in tactical planning and delivery while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve data protection and security for our Navy.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile project management and Lean development principles

  • Experience with leading and facilitating meetings in a virtual environment with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience with supporting a Department of the Navy or DoD program

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Agile project management tools, including ServiceNow and JIRA

  • Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
