IT Project Manager

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll lead exceptional execution of your delivery team and ensure delivery of proposal commitments. You'll perform as key point of contact for client relations and engage regularly to determine priorities based on the customer guidance. You’ll work closely with clients to advance IT Network Service capabilities, establishing effective working relationships with customers, technical staff, manager, and peers. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, manage requirements and oversee digital engineering activities, establish project milestones, motivate employees to ensure engagement, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. You will work effectively with your internal business partners, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Project Controls, HR and Talent Acquisition, and business development leads to effectively manage and grow your program. You Have:

  • 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment

  • Experience managing teams designing or delivering technical, digital, or IT Network capabilities

  • Experience negotiating with and influencing others to understand and accept new concepts, practices, and approaches

  • Experience providing regular and ongoing communications with a supported organization's senior leadership and direct accountability for managed activities

  • Experience with assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives

  • Experience with planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs

  • Experience with overseeing quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of technical solutions and making management decisions based on information about improving initiatives and strategic plans

  • Ability to drive culture change among employees to apply and uphold Booz Allen Purpose and Values

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Master's degree in Technical Management, Engineering Management, or Management Information Systems

  • Project Management Professional Certification

  • DAWIA Career Field Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
