The Opportunity: 

To be more efficient and effective, the Army CIO needs a business process specialist to learn its portfolio management, acquisition support, end-to-end, and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, an experienced business process specialist who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.


As a business process specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership and engineers, analysts, and support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll help with portfolio management, enterprise licensing, and acquisition support, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using resource analysis, business case analysis, surveys, and data calls, and review IT programs and investments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.


Using technical expertise in statistical, mathematical, econometric, or operations research methods and concepts, you’ll provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. This is your chance to grow experience in portfolio management, enterprise licensing, and service integration while deepening your process improvement and project management skills.

You Have: 

  • Experience with business analytics or project management within a DoD environment

  • Experience with requirements gathering

  • Experience with software licenses

  • Experience with procurement, acquisition processes, and regulations

  • Experience with writing briefings or white papers

  • Knowledge of enterprise licensing models and agreements

  • Knowledge of assessing and prioritizing IT projects within a portfolio

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Knowledge of the Army CIO PR&A Directorate

  • Knowledge of Business Case Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis

  • Knowledge of cProbe

  

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
