In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to address IT requirements and challenges across the Air Force. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience leading high performing teams, aligning project objectives and client expectations, managing data migrations and validation efforts as part of a system transition, and developing and managing project schedules, resources, deliverables, and day-to-day tasks of the team using Excel or Jira
  • Experience developing project artifacts and documentation, including project plans, milestone charts, transition plans, project roadmaps, and executive-level documentation and briefings
  • Knowledge Air Force defensive or offensive cyberspace operations
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to validate customer requirements
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMI, PMP, or SAFe Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a network engineer, system administrator, or customer support technician
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and contact center systems implementations and transitions, including CRM applications contact center operations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers
  • Possession of excellent project management and organization skills, including drafting clear and concise reports and briefing daily network security summaries and related issues and concerns to senior leaders and a larger audience

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
