FMS Financial Analyst

The Opportunity: 

As an FMS Financial Program Analyst in defense missions, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems, and find solutions that keep our nation safe. 

On our team, you’ll support FMS case financial management efforts in support of the F-35 Joint Program Office. You’ll work with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), schedulers, domestic and international customers, and project analysts to track, reconcile, and expedite projects.

You'll conduct quantitative analyses of information requiring financial support and perform business financial management activities in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation, and case closure activities. You'll analyze total program financial requirements for development of P&A, LOA, amendments, modifications, revisions, and other pricing elements. You'll apply knowledge of financial management functions, processes, and analytical methods to evaluate FMS program information.

You Have: 

  • 2+ years of experience with FMS Financial Management
  • Experience using Navy ERP 
  • Knowledge of Security Cooperation financial policies and procedures
  • Secret clearance 
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with Financial Management in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) 
  • Experience using Comprehensive Cost and Requirements Systems (CCARS)
  • Knowledge of the DFAS Transaction Interface Module (DTIM)
  • Knowledge of the Commander's Resources Integration System (CRIS)
  • Knowledge of the Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL)
  • Knowledge of the Security Cooperation Integration Portal (SCIP)

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
